Since Hottiedots! are peel and stick beauty marks, it is considered a "one time use item". Therefore, we cannot accept returns.

What if the item is damaged in shipping?

In certain circumstances (such as a flood, hurricane, severe thunderstorms), packages have severe water damage in transit. In such a case, we will replace your order after we have received confirmation of such damage.
You need to Email Us with your name and address within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We will have return instructions for you before we would send out a replacement package.

Usually, we do not expect any damage in shipping.
