Since Hottiedots! are peel and stick beauty marks, it is considered a "one time use item". Therefore, we cannot accept returns.

What if the item is damaged in shipping?

In certain circumstances (such as a flood, hurricane, severe thunderstorms), packages have severe water damage in transit. In such a case, we will replace your order after we have received confirmation of such damage.
You need to call our toll free (866)-444-7875 with your name and address within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We will have return instructions for you before we would send out a replacement package.

Usually, we do not expect any difficulties or damage in shipping.
